40 and More

Time to open the door to a whole new way of thinking! Don't get me wrong, we all know lots of changes come with turning 40 and every year after that, but does it have to be so bad? I don't think so. There is so many assumptions that we should now be frumpy, stay at home and too old to experience new adventures, but I say let's bust a hole wide open in that theory. I feel like I am finally finding who I am, who I want to be, and actually reaching a point where I have realized that I should be a priority too. Join me in a journey to create a tribe of women over 40 who support each other, laugh at our wrinkles, find the changes in our everyday life that can help us face the next phase of life with smiles on our faces, and laughter in our hearts. Because without happiness within ourselves, what do we have? I hope to show that just because we are over 40, doesn't mean that we can't have fun, have crazy hair, sexy clothes, beautiful make up, and our very own favorite things, all while being proud of the road we have traveled to get there. After all, life is just beginning, right?
